2Degree Ice Art 2013-2014 is a S$3.5 million spectacle occupying some 50,280 sq feet of space and will use a total of 450 tons of crystal-clear and coloured ice blocks to create a truly unique winter wonderland in tropical Singapore. Held in a purpose-built thermal-insulated hall that is kept at -15°C and features some 30-odd pieces of ice sculptures in the form of iconic world landmarks like London’s Big Ben and Paris’ Eiffel Tower amongst others. The ice sculptures will be carved out of dyed-ice blocks or colored ice blocks with special colourful lightings to enhance the effect and beauty of the art.
Besides the ice sculptures measuring up to 3m in height, visitors will also be able to enjoy a winter experience at Art Ice 2013-2014 with its snow making machines replicating snowfalls daily. The little ones will no doubt look forward to the special children’s playground made of ice. There will be also be food and beverage outlets at the event offering local delights.

6. TreeTop Walk @ Macritchie Reservoir
The TreeTop Walk (TTW) is the highlight of several long hiking routes in Macritchie that brings you through different stages of mature secondary forest. The first of its kind in Singapore and in the region, this free-standing suspension bridge connects the two highest points (Bukit Peirce and Bukit Kalang) in Macritchie and offers a bird’s eye view of the community of plants and animals that live in the forest canopy. The total length of the walkway is about 250m and its height from the forest floor varies, with the highest point at 25m.
